Our facility at 300 N. Madison is ”the hub” of all our community outreach programs. It is the home of Blood-N-Fire Ministries which relocated here in 1997. In 2011, Inside Out Community Development Corporation was born and created it’s flagship program, Fresh Directions Hot Meals for Kids.

The Community Commons area is where 150 meals are served to people who gather every Saturday to enjoy food, fellowship and fun while listening to a message from Blood-N-Fire Ministries.

In 2007, Blood-N-Fire Ministries began planning the Community Empowerment Kitchen.  With the start of Inside Out Community Development Corporation and the help of our supporters and partners, including:

Ball Brothers Foundation

Commonway Church

Community Foundation of Muncie & Delaware County

First Presbyterian Church

Pridemark

Union Chapel Ministries

Many Individual Donors

The Community Foundation of Muncie-Delaware County recognized our need for increased cooler and freezer storage. We now have an 11 X 22 ft. side-by-side walk-in cooler and freezer space that has curbs and beautiful landscaping to enhance the neighborhood. Most importantly, we can buy food very cost effectively and receive large donations that support our mission.  The first day the units were operational, we received a donation with a retail value of $6,000.

With the walk-in cooler and freezer outside and the top-notch commercial kitchen equipment inside, Inside Out has served over 145,000 meals through the Fresh Directions program.
